About LumenTree
An independent studio that builds and runs small web services for people with different tastes.
Why we build
People are drawn to different things. One person wants to know why an old shrine came to be linked with a particular wish, and what the evidence is. Another just needs a tool to focus on breathing for a few minutes. Interests like these are small, and large services rarely serve them well. LumenTree builds one service at a time for exactly those gaps.
How we build
Three rules.
We cite our sources
Every cultural claim on Power Spot Map carries a named source and an evidence level. We say whether it rests on historical record, local tradition, current practice or a recent popular association. Where the evidence is thin, we say so.
Minimal data
We don't take data we don't need. Visual Breathing sends nothing outside the browser. This site sets no cookies and uses cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics only to count visits.
Ads only on the services
Ads appear on the individual services. There are none on this site. Which services carry ads is public in this domain's ads.txt.
Who runs this
LumenTree builds and operates every service. LumenTree is also the named operator on each service and the responsible party in each privacy policy.
